These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Codevex IT Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Introduction
These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of codevex.in. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our services.
2. Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Codevex IT Solutions.
- “Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual or business using our services.
- “Services” refers to web development, UI/UX, eCommerce, marketing, and other related services.
3. Acceptance of Terms
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- By purchasing any service, you accept these Terms fully.
- These Terms are binding and enforceable by law.
4. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
- Web Development (Business, Corporate, Landing Page, Multi-language, Speed Optimized)
- UI/UX Design (Website, Dashboard, Mobile, Prototyping)
- E-Commerce Solutions (WooCommerce, Shopify, Custom Builds)
- Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM)
- Advanced Solutions (Custom Web Apps, AI Tools, Mobile Apps, Cloud Services)
- Maintenance & Support (Bug Fixing, Security, Backups, AMC)
5. Scope of Work & Project Rules
A) Page Limit
The project includes only the number of pages defined during estimation. Additional pages will be charged separately.
B) Revision Policy
- Up to 2 major revisions are included.
- Additional revisions will be chargeable.
- Revision = Design/layout/content adjustments.
- Bug fixes are NOT counted as revisions.
C) Redesign / Rebuild Requests
Complete redesigns, layout changes, or “try something new” requests after approval are chargeable.
D) Scope Freeze
Once the scope is finalized, new features or section additions will be billed separately.
6. 3-Stage Payment Structure
1) First Payment — Project Start
- Booking/initial payment is required before work begins.
- Company will work only up to the value of the first payment.
- This payment is non-refundable.
2) Second Payment — Development Continuation
- Second installment clears before continuing next modules.
- No new work starts until payment is received.
- If delayed, project is placed on “Hold”.
3) Final Payment — Delivery & Handover
- Final payment is mandatory before handover or migration.
- Admin access, source files, credentials, and training are given only after full payment.
- No partial handover is allowed.
7. Delivery & Delay Policy
A) No Penalty for Client-Side Delays
Delay due to client’s late content, feedback, approvals, or access is not counted as company delay. Timeline automatically extends.
B) Grace Period (3–7 Days)
We follow an industry-standard 3–7 days grace period without penalty.
C) Company-Side Delay (15–30 Days)
If delay from our side exceeds 15–30 days (without client contribution), client may receive 5%–15% partial compensation.
D) No Full Refund
Full refund is not possible as project involves design, planning, setup, and development efforts.
E) Delay Does Not Mean Free Service
Delay will never entitle client to free extra pages, redesigns, or additional functions.
F) Third-Party Delay Disclaimer
- Hosting downtime
- Domain issues
- Plugin conflicts
- API failure
- Payment gateway issues
- WordPress or CMS bugs
In these cases, company is not responsible.
8. Third-Party Costs
- Domain & hosting cost
- Premium plugins or themes
- Third-party API tools
- Paid integrations
All third-party fees are paid by the client.
9. Support & Maintenance Policy
- Support includes bug fixing only.
- New pages or new features are chargeable.
- Support period defined at project start.
10. Intellectual Property
- Final website ownership transfers after full payment.
- Codevex may use the project in its portfolio.
- Source files are given only after full payment.
11. Liability Limit
We are not responsible for:
- Revenue or sales loss
- SEO ranking drops
- Cyber-attacks due to poor client security
- Hosting-related issues
12. Termination Policy
- Project may be terminated for abuse, misuse, or non-payment.
- No refunds on termination after work has begun.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be handled in Noida jurisdiction.
14. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- All initial payments are non-refundable.
- No refund once development has started.
- Partial refund (5%–15%) may apply only if delay is purely from our side.
- No full refund under any condition.
